Kenya Moore Evicted

Earlier this month Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kenya Moore's landlord moved to evict after Kenya came up short on her rent [click here if you missed that].

The legal proceedings are over and Kenya must go...

From Radar Online
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore just got the heave-ho from the $3999-a-month mansion where she lives, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
A judge in Fulton County, Ga., ruled in favor of Moore’s landlord on Tuesday, who had sued the former Miss USA for failing to make the full rent payment for May — she was $848 short — and defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.
The former Miss USA failed to turn up in court to respond to the complaint.
A source close to the owner of the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, Conya Weems, told RadarOnline.com: “Since the landlord is out of town on business, it may be a few days before Kenya has to officially leave because the Sheriff may require the landlord to be there for eviction. But if Kenya is wise, she’s packing right now.”

The Heat had to pull it off in OT, they would have lost last night, but the Spur will win in the end. I am looking toward GM 7...let's get it in!!!

Uhm no she can NOT BUY A MANSION simply bc she can rent one. Are you that silly? Let me throw a few things out there so you can qualify to become a first time home buyer: credit score above 650, three percent to 30 percent down, two solid years on the job, 3 months of finance statements showing consistant positive cash flow, debt to income ratio, and alas the ability to make payments over a 30 year or 15 year period. Now you review this so you can discontinue making crazy statements thats essentially letting others know your mental capacity.

She needs Cap'n Sava Hoe.

Sad...so sorry to hear this...I bet this will be a storyline for her next season. As much as I like Kenya, perhaps she should move on from RHOA cause obviously they don't pay that much. She won't be the last though...trust me! ☺

Lol @ "just got the heave-ho"

It's 2013 and negros are still living way beyond their means on Front Street.

Couldn't Kenya pay the rent in full and then tell the landlord about the $848 in repairs?

BTW, Miami is going to win the whole thing because the Spurs should have been holding the trophy last night.

@ 9:40 all of American's are! What's wrong with having a one to two bedroom apartment for a single woman? These mega mansions are a waste of space! Royalty complex in full bloom! Them mansions built of cardboard tho and the real palaces of expensive marble, the need to front is a disease .

by all I mean all races not just blacks

Miami for the win last night and the series. I just do not think San An will recover from that loss mentally. They had the trophy and literally blew it.

San Antonio robbed themselves last night. The fundamentals are key. Free throws are a must! Ray Ray can hit that three all day, so their D should have prevented that, but that game was on point! Labrons lip was quivering before his team rallied, which is a sign he ain't no damn superstar. Real winners know, it ain't over til it's over. Big baby! Can't wait til SA wins that ring!

^^^^ he did look like he wanted to cry at the end during the interview.

The shit just got REAl for fake ass Kenya. Don't let door hit your ass on the way out.

@OrchidJones....LOL... I WAS THINKING THE EXACT SAME THING...

If Ms. Kenya wasn't trying to live beyond her means then she probably could've saved some of those nickels she made from the show and from her celebrity appearance gigs.

Karma has bit that bitch!

@8:50am
If you think Spurs got robbed. Go down to the police station and make a report so you can stop your whining and crying. The only thing that Heat stole was Spur's HEART!!!!

She talked like she had so much guap on the show, but I knew something was fishy (if this is true). She was the only one on the wearing dated outfits several times.

Whew! Game 6 was a thriller. Spurs choked at the free throw line, Ginoble made several bone headed plays, and Pop cost his team the championship with taking Duncan and TP out the game in the final minutes. Still rooting for the Spurs, but the Heat will win it all.

Twirl that ass straight out the door!
