According to TMZ Chris Warren was just awarded a $337,000 default judgement against his parents, actress Brook Kerr and Christopher Warren, for looting the trust fund set up to safeguard money Chris earned as a minor.
Last year Brook was granted a restraining order against estranged husband Christoper accusing him of being a drug dealer and user, prone to erratic bi-polar behavior [click here if you missed that].
