Last month Royce Reed complained her child's father, Houston Rocket Dwight Howard, had not seen their son since February [click here if you missed that].
Now Royce has the opposite problem...
According to TMZ Royce Reed just filed for an emergency hearing in family court because Dwight took their 6-year-old son for a visit to California then cut off all communication.
Royce also claims their son's medication has run out and that Dwight has not gotten a refill.
Royce was eventually contacted by Dwight's parents and told her son was in Colorado, but she would like to know where the child is at all times and be able to get in touch with him.
A hearing date has not been set.
