A$AP Rocky was scheduled to perform at York University next Wednesday in Toronto -- but the school's student federation has now pulled the plug saying, "the event cannot proceed until this matter is resolved."
The organizers added ... their decision to boot A$AP does NOT mean they think he's guilty of getting slaphappy.
The alleged victim Lisa Wade called in to TMZ Live last week -- and said the slapping was no accident.A month before the Made in America incident Rocky was caught on video slapping a female fan in Australia who leaned over a railing to blow him a kiss.
