R&B rivals K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton up for the same Soul Train Music Award...
The Soul Train Music Award nominations are out and K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton are both up for Best New Artist.
While K only managed to pull one nomination Tamar racked up a total of five, Best New Artist, Best R&B/Soul Female Artist, Song of the Year for "Love and War," The Ashford and Simpson Songwriter's Award for "Love & War" and Video of the Year for "Love & War."
The Soul Train Music Awards air on Dec 1 on BET and Centric.
