More Love and Hip Hop Spin Offs In The Works

Last week there were rumors that a Love and Hip Hop LA spin off was headed to production [click here if you missed that].

Turns out the rumors were true and more cities are in play...

Sources tell The YBF
Yes we are casting in LA as well as Houston & New Orleans. We are talking to a lot of great prospects and are very excited about the potential cast in all 3 cities. No final decisions have been made on cast or next city.

...These idiots ever heard of OVERKILL?

That's all we need, old school has beens on this bullshit. LEt's see LA: MC Ren, DJ Quick and the Booyah tribe. Houston: Scarface, Bushwick, Lil Flip and Willie D. New Orleans, the ousted Master P line up featuring BG from cash money. SMH! NOOOOOOOOOOOO! All these obscure fat niggas!

Can't wait to see which dummy will go on television and make an ass of their self!!! Mona can only do what they let her do. So if the stupids want to become entertainment then I will be watching with my popcorn and soda!! Hey Mona do you think that you could see about the St. Lunatics they need some money?

When we look back on black television, we will wonder how we went from the Cosby Show to Love and Hip-Hop.

Why is ratchetness embraced so fluidly now?

Who didn't see this coming and why are you surprised?

NOOOOO O_o I stay in Houston and frequent NOLA because family and neither of the cities need a show. It's already stupid traffic and too many killings going on. Negros will do some extra to be on tv, it's not worth it. Mona rethink it, leave the reality foolery to ATL & NY

The African American community should file a lawsuit against Mona Scott for her continued demise of how we are perceived on a national level. I hate her for these shows. I really do.

@2:36 No we shouldn't! Don't blame Mona blame the people who are on the show and the people who support the show. Ya'll keep saying ya'll don't like the show, then file a petition to get it cancel then.

Either YOU are part of the problem or the solution!

Last two commenters nailed it. As long as people keep watching it, Mona is going to mik it for all it is worth.

My major concern is this: I am a fully formed adult and I know better than to conduct myself like these coons on the show - playing up the ratcheness and drama for ratings and a check. My concern is for the young people who have to learn how to function in society. Sure, it is their parents job to teach them, but shows like this do not help. Arguing, cussing and fighting at the drop of a hat and over some tomcat. It is a shame and this is why "other" people treat us like animals - gunning down our young people in cold blood. Because we send out images that we are angry and uncontrolled. Don't get me started. LOL!
