Last month Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn agreed to stop speaking publicly about their messy child custody battle [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Siohvaughn never agreed to that...
According to TMZ Siovaughn Wade just filed court docs asking a judge to remove the gag order tied to her last financial settlement claiming she never agreed to it.
Siohvaughn says if DWade can talk about her in his book, she should be able to talk about him.
A ruling is pending.
