Terrence Howard's ex-wife Michelle Ghent filed a restraining order against the actor back in July claiming he attacked her during a post-divorce family trip to Costa Rica [click here if you missed that].
According to TMZ Terrence agreed to a permanent stay away order after the temporary order expired yesterday.
He also agreed to pay Michelle's $14,800 attorney fees.
