Lady Gaga spilled the beans while onstage at the iTunes music festival.
Intro-ing her new song Jewels & Drugs ft. T.I. Too $hort and Twista, Gaga told the crowd,
"From across the pond, T.I.! They wouldn't let him into the country, poor thing."Instead she used a video of T.I. rapping his verse.
