Tyga Fires Back at Unpaid Jewelry Claims

Earlier this week jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills filed a lawsuit against Tyga claiming the rapper owed him over $100,000 for a watch and gold chain [click here if you missed that].

Tyga insists the items were a gift...

In a rant on his Twitter page Tyga asks, "How can you sue for a watch that [sic] supposed 2 b a gift?'

and then on his Instagram, with the handle King Gold Chains, Tyga wrote "Shout Out to my Jeweler [Emitt the Jeweler] I don't fuk with #bitchassniggas [Jason of Beverly Hills]

During slavery, Black slaves were oppressed by whips and chains.

Today, Black rappers and Black men are oppressed by whips (cars) and chains (necklaces).

Slavery and its post traumatic effects are so deep and profound.

Agreed & 10:26!! Plus he publicized them on recordable public domain. This foo better hope he can prove that they were gifts or the jeweler will hit him hard!

@Dirtydianna, please be quiet. Black Americans are always hollering about being Kings and Queens, when in all actuality, the REAL Kings and Queens are in Africa; NOT America. Do most Black Americans act as if they are of royalty? No they don't. This rapper is being flamboyant with his jewelry for social reasons, not cultural and historical reasons. You are always so full of anger and animosity whenever you post. YOU are the one who needs to be abreast of your real history. You're not African; you are a BLACK AMERICAN and no royalty lies in that bloodline.

That jewelry is tasteless and gaudy first of all. Second, I will give him a miniscule (sp?) break because he had two hits, not one thus making him a two hit wonder...

Applause @ DirtyDiana

See that Egyptian statue behind him? Black people act like Egypt is the only country in Africa. Majority of African slaves came from West Africa, not East Africa. The obsession with Egypt makes no sense. Start researching Nigeria and Cameroon, for example. You'll never know your history in America because it has been White-washed and distorted.

Who is this he/she?

Anonymous said...

Does he realize how stupid he looks/ sounds? He spent $500,000 on jewelry? Isn't this what all the now broke rappers did to get broke?

In other words, he is the typical dude who you lend something to, and he assumes ownership of it. No one gives gifts of extreme jewelry to some guy that just started out singing. If it was Jayz or some rapper who has been around longer, I might be like "hmmm" but how long has he been out? What worthwhile music has he popped out with?

Bet his boo Chris Brown bought him few pieces.

@10:43 AM

Preach! That's the agenda of these "elites". Using these black rappers and performers as puppets their puppets. Doing their destructive bidding own our community by promoting unholy, unfulfilling lifestyles.

These artists think they're "free", but they're not. They're slaves to Satanic elites and eternal damnation.

If you need that many pieces of material wealth around your neck to "define" you, you've got issues.

@Dirtydianna

You do know those "kings and queens" had SLAVES as well, right? All them niggaz weren't sitting in palaces sippin' wine on the lanai looking out at the pyramids of giza.
