Anthony Mackie has been arrested for driving under the influence in New York...
Last night around 1:30am actor Anthony Mackie was pulled over for excessively tinted windows.
According to reports arresting officers observed the smell of alcohol and ordered Mackie to take several field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Back at the station Mackie refused to take a blood-alcohol test so his license was automatically suspended.
Charges are pending.
