Last year Katherine Jackson lost her $40 billion civil suit against concert promoter AEG after suing them for negligence in hiring Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of manslaughter in the death of her son Michael Jackson [click here if you missed that].
Now a judge wants Ms. Katherine to pay AEG's court costs…
According to reports Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos issued a tentative ruling against Katherine Jackson ordering her to pay AEG $800k to cover their court costs.
AEG originally sought $1.2 million.
Both sides have agreed not to fight the ruling.
