Last month Master P's estranged wife Sonya claimed she was forced to move in with her son Romeo and go on welfare because Master P only paid her $300 a month in child support [click here if you missed that].
Now she's accusing him of kidnapping their children…
According to TMZ Sonya Miller just requested an emergency custody order demanding Master P return three of their children to her care.
Sonya claims Master P picked up their 13-year-old son Hercy from school in February and never brought him back. And then turned around and did the same thing with their 9-year-old son Mercy a month later. Their 17-year-old daughter Tytyana ran away to Master P's house and Sonya wants her back as well.
Only the 14-year-old Italy still lives with Sonya.
A hearing has been set for July.
