Actor Mike Epps accused of punching a former flame in the mouth after she tried to confront him and his wife.
According to TMZ police were called to the 'Haunted House 2' premier after party at Lucky Strike in Downtown L.A. to investigate claims of assault.
A woman, who claims she had a previous romantic relationship with Mike Epps, claims the actor punched her in the face after she tried to confront him.
Mike Epps claims he never touched the woman and that she was became belligerent threw a drink on he and his wife.
No arrests were made. The investigation is on going.
