Roy Hargrove Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Possession


Jazz trumpeter Roy Hargrove pleads guilty to cocaine possession in Manhattan…

Roy Hargrove, who has played with Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Common, Erykah Badu an many others, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine possession in Manhattan Criminal court on Thursday.

Hargrove was arrested at 4am in West Village April 5 after he was spotted getting into a known drug dealers car.

Roy was sentenced to two days of community service and once completed his misdemeanor will be downgraded to a violation and he'll have no criminal record.
