Meek Mill Jailed on Parole Violations

Rapper Meek Mill remanded into custody yesterday after having his probation revoked…

Back in 2007 rapper Meek Mill was convicted on gun and drug charges and sentenced to 11 to 23 months in jail and five years probation.

Yesterday Mills was ordered to serve three to six months in jail for repeated probation violations.

The violations include making disparaging remarks on Twitter about his parole officer and the prosecutor, scheduling out of town concerts without notifying his P.O., being disrespectful and combative to parole staffers, not providing a working telephone number, and posing with guns on Instagram.

Meek was taken into custody immediately following the hearing.
