Back in March former Scandal star Columbus Short was arrested in L.A. after he was accused of punching out a guy at a family gathering at a bar in West L.A. [click here if you missed that].
At a hearing on Tuesday it was determined that there was enough evidence to support a charge of felony battery.
Columbus Short is expected to be arraigned January 6, 2015.
