According to reports Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have quietly put their Laurel Canyon home up for sale with a $3.5 million price tag.
Furthermore, sources tell Radar Online Nicole has already plunked down $6.7 million for a new crib in Beverly Hills.
Nicole and Joel have two children together 7-year-old daughter Harlow Madden and 5-year-old son Sparrow Madden.
