Last year former TV judge Joe Brown was sentenced to 5 days in jail on contempt of court charges after going ballistic on a Tennessee Magistrate [click here if you missed that].
Looks like Joe is going to have to serve his time…
According to reports Judge Joe Brown's request for an appeal has been denied and his 5 day prison sentence upheld.
If there is no request for a re-hearing the court will move forward in determining how Judge Brown will carry out his sentence.
