According to TMZ a judge sided with the landlord on Monday and ordered Tyga to pay $70k in rent and late fees and move out.
Tyga, who didn't bother to show up in court on Monday, has filed a counter suit claiming he had a deal with the landlord to buy the house and even paid a $200k deposit.
