Earlier this month it was revealed that Bill Cosby's wife Camille had been ordered to sit for a deposition in the defamation of character lawsuit filed against him by seven women who accused the comedian of sexual assault [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Bill Cosby's lawyers have filed a motion seeking to dismiss Camille's subpoena claiming she has no firsthand, non-repetitive knowledge and that she is protected by the Massachusetts spousal disqualification rule.
The women's lawyers argued Camille should be deposed because she was Bill Cosby's business manager at the time.
