Bill Cosby has been charged with aggravated indecent assault over an alleged incident in 2004.
The veteran actor appeared at a district court outside Philadelphia today for a brief hearing where a judge set his bail at $1million.
He has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his mansion in Pennsylvania in January 2004.Aggravated indecent assault is a first-degree felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison and a $25k fine.
