TIDAL Glitches Mar Kanye West Presentation

Last month Jay Z's music streaming service TIDAL got blamed for accidentally leaking Rihanna's highly anticipated new album ANTI [click here if you missed that].

Now TIDAL is catching heat for screwing up Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 preview and The Life of Pablo listening party...

One day before his sold out event at Madison Square Garden Kanye West announced fans around the world would be able to stream the fashion show / listening party on TIDAL [click here if you missed that].

Sounds good in theory. Didn't work out that way in practice.

Not long after the stream went live disgruntled fans began flooding social media with complaints about the video feed not working.

Finally, over an hour into the presentation, TIDAL released a statement acknowledging the issue and advising users of a solution to fix the problem,
"With over 20 million people logging in at once to stream the show there were tech issues from AMV, the provider with service from Akamai. Any viewers still having issues can refresh their browsers or set it to a lower streaming level."

So we call an event "sold out" when you pay people to fill seats?

Get out of here!

The ENTIRE EVENT was a bust...not just the failed technology of tidal

This is just another sign that Kanye is now a flop. That whole presentation was a mess. Notice no major celebs were in attendance this time. He got throwbacks Melanie Griffith, 50 cent, Lil Kim, the demonic family, and Anna "im going senile" Wintour. Clothes were shitty as usual. Nori's little cute self spinning around to the music was the highlight.

No one wants to see Kanye and his "Walking Dead" clothes lol!!!

This is true, I had to watch it in really low resolution just so it would play at all. Good thing I was there more for hearing what the album sounds like than to see what the clothes looked like.

I watched on Tidal too, the feed stopped playing about 45min in.
