Ashanti's Stalker Found Guilty

Deranged fan Devar Hurd found guilty of e-stalking R&B singer Ashanti for a second time...

Devar Hurd was found guilty today of felony 2nd degree stalking after representing himself in court and arguing that sending excessive Tweets does not constitute harassment.

Devar, who has been in jail since 2013 for violating his restraining order by taking a picture with Ashanti's sister, could have plead guilty and been released on time already served but opted to take the case to trial and represent himself in court.

Devar is facing between 1. 5 and 4 years at sentencing later this month.

In 2009 Devar Hurd was sentenced to 2 years in prison for sending Ashanti and her mother hundreds of lewd emails and texts [click here if you missed that].
