Saaphryi Justifies Blasting Larry Lewellyn

Yesterday fans of late Blood, Sweat and Heels star Daisy Lewellyn were horrified after Flava of Love season 2 contestant Saaphryri Windsor accused Daisy's father, lawyer Larry Lewellyn, of stealing her inheritance just hours after Daisy's death [click here if you missed that].

Saaphryi explains why she has no sympathy whatsoever for Mr. Lewellyn's loss...

He needs to sue her for defamation. What she saying just doesn't add up. On yesterday's post she said she would never forget the look on her FATHER'S face as she went to court year after year around the inheritance. Here (in the video) she says Daisy's dad was contacted by her brother after her dad died. What she's saying doesn't add up and that's why she's mostly keeping her allegations surfaced and shocking while not going into details. Then, I read in yesterday's comments that she went to jail for impersonating her uncle's identity. I think she is the real con artist here and she clearly has some mental issues to put up that pic of Daisy to spew that hatred yesterday.

I think Daisy'a dad was probably her uncle's attorney and that beat them in court and she has put these "hood tales" spin on it. Lol Like I said, if I was Daisy's dad I'd sue her for defamation and make sure the public here's those results.

Get to the gist of it. I'm all for details being laid out, but most of the time it's just line after line of emotions.

So she's basically implying Daisy's death is payback to her alleged crooked father who stole money? Got it.

Amazing the evilness of this woman. If her father clearly took care of business it would have never gone into probate court for 11 years because he would have had a living trust of his estate (containing all his property/business property in a trust account divided among the heirs, a trustee assigned to carry out the trust, a power of attorney finances, power of attorney medical, and the last will and testament all for a fee of probably $2,000.00 avoiding probate court altogether. She is directing her anger at the wrong person, probate cost a lot of money and believe me there are audit trails and records that have to be kept by law. If there was any wrong doing the courts don't play, especially with Black attorneys. People don't realize that muti-million dollar estates have been drained by every family member lawyering up to get their share takings years to settle disagreements before they can even address the money. There is a saying if you don't handle your estate don't worry the court/white man will settle it for you but it will cost you, and you will pay! You see no worries if you ain't got the money to pay for probate we/white man will just take our share out of your estate, I know I understand that the estate was worth $500,000 but the final probate cost was $499,000 but a least you got a dollar that is something while others end up with nothing or even owing us money! Consider yourself lucky and good luck to you (Now get the fuck out of here so we can take of the next probate case! Peace!

4:31, yea good point you bring up, if her father was a successful small business owner, which is probably verified, then I'm sure he was also smart enough to divvy up his estate to his children. But he didn't.
Why?
Cause he probably he he had a rotten, lazy, ghetto daughter who didn't want to work hard nor educate herself so he made sure she and her bum brothers got nothing. I suspect Saphary's father had another wife with other children and Saphary's and her siblings were the outcasts.

Her and her siblings were fighting against her uncles for the inheritance but their attorney (Daisy's dad) also represented their uncles and never disclosed that info to them. Sounds kinda shady but still there's a time, place and way to do everything, that post wasn't it.

I lost a close relative and a conflict of interest on the attorney's part is why some relatives (depending on what side of the family tree they were born into) will not receive anything that's in his living trust. I believe her because I've lived it, and I know how it must feel. However, me and my family decided to not even fight it, the money didn't mean as much as he did. The other party has to answer to the Lord about their wrongdoing

Okay, that makes sense. Sounds like a conflict of interest. I remember Saaphryi had to spend some time in jail because she used an uncle's credit or credit card to pay for plastic surgery. This is so sad. Her rawness and anger in what she wrote makes me believe she may be telling the truth. She feels the attorney took her money. I wonder if she reported her suspicions to the bar association?

It was really heartbreaking to hear about Daisy. I loved watching her. She was like a ball of light and energy.
