Chris Brown Wins Custody War

Back in February pop star Chris Brown's baby mama Nia Guzman asked the LA family court to modify their child custody agreement accusing Chris of endangering their daughter with his gang affiliations and causing her asthma with his excessive cigarette smoking [click here if you missed that].

Nia did not get her way...

According to reports Chris Brown and Nia Guzman's joint custody agreement will stand.

Nia wanted full physical custody and Chris' visitation cut down from 12 days a month. She also wanted the visits to be monitored.

Nia is also seeking a $13,500 increase in her $2,500 a month child support but that issue was not addressed at this hearing.
