Prince's Doctor Named in DEA Search Warrant

A doctor who may have over prescribed medication to the late rocker Prince named in a search warrant issued by the Drug Enforcement Agency...

From Page Six
Dr. Michael Todd Schulenberg treated Prince on April 7 and April 20, and he prescribed “medications and prescriptions” for the musician, according to the warrant, which was filed Thursday in Hennepin County and obtained by at least two news outlets before authorities moved to ensure it was sealed.
Investigators interviewed Schulenberg and searched a suburban Minneapolis hospital where he worked. The warrant did not specify what medications were prescribed for Prince or whether he took them.
Dr. Schulenberg has since left his practice.

While the tests are still out re: what caused his death, doctors anymore are so quick to prescribe opioids rather than treat the real issues such as lack of rest, malnutrition, and joint issues that can all be treated without medication. It's like they want everyone doped up. They tried to give my Hydrocodone after my wisdom teeth were pulled...Advil worked good enough.

In good health Prince allegedly never weighed more than 115lbs, and they say that at his death he was about 80lbs. Couple that with a larger than normal dose to treat "pain" and Prince touring and running himself ragged like he was still in his 20s, it was a cocktail for disaster. This could have all been avoided. It is SO hard for non-famous people to find a decent doctor, but Prince could have gone to the Mayo Clinic nearby and been treated wonderfully (it's where most Executives go for exams before they're hired onto corporate boards.)

So sad all around.

They should search for missing will.

I believe there is a will also. Prince was a business man, and I don't believe he'd die without a will.

I totally agree, that prescription grade heroin needs to be outlawed. There was very good segment on Bill Mayer this week about how it is ruining and killing people.

Prince was so not a druggie. Waiting for the real truth to reveal.

I am a big Prince fan and I will always be. It's sad enough he is no longer with us but I for one am tired of hearing all this negative information about him when he isn't even cold in his grave yet. Besides that, he's done more good in this world than bad. JMHO.

Yes, I know he was cremated, so the "cold in his grave" was just an expression.

Welp I guess they know that we don't believe that a business savvy man such as Prince didn't leave a will. Because low and behold, just in....

"Halperin, a #1 New York Times best-selling author and award-winning filmmaker, said that there’s speculation that the will could be in Canada. Prince formerly owned a home in Toronto, and according to Halperin, the musician had a relationship with a woman from Montreal with whom he was enamored." O_O!

Let the games begin, first up....The Shell Game! Let's see who finds the will! Is it under shell #1, shell #2 or shell #3....
