9:52 Tell the truth, I try and tell people that all the time especially when they try and fit in. They will turn on you for their people, just like Spanish people don't believe the hype that we are the same or we are in it together. Those spanish people will turn on you and believe they are better. Trust me.....

@10:01 AM

dem so-called spanish don't know their history, or try to hide their history...

they went into slavery first before black people. Their last names (rodrigez, lopez, gomez, etc) are white men's names, just like black people carry white men's names like Harris, Jackson, Smith, etc etc

I encourage all black people to get a name change....change your last name to Ben Israel (for males) and Baht Israel ( for females) because you blacks are the True Biblical Israelites

10:06 I don't think it begins with the changing of the name more than it begins with the changing of the mind. Malcom did not become X until he became knowledgeable of who he was. But, I do agree with what you say. It is serious and the truth is revealing itself everyday, every hour and every minute. The mask are coming off and people true feelings are showing. NO more hiding the hate another has for black people.

Spanish people do know their history and is the reason they are so hostile towards non-whites!

Just like the mulattos here in America at a point in time, would use a brown bag to identify with blacks because they knew their history!

Funny because I just read a story from an ex employee who said Kanye wouldn't even press the elevator floor and went nuts when the guy asked what floor should he press. So it's shocking to see him now acting as a snack tray for this white man. and Kim ain't shit for posting it.

He should have used her ass to hold the plate. Goodness knows it's wide enough.

Simply put, white skin is unnatural when put against skin with color.

Spanish people and Asians only want to identify themselves as white for the simple reason that white skin symbolize power to the unconscious mind, but deep within they know white skin is unnatural!

Kanye sold his soul and community years ago. Just ask Jay Z

Since Spanish people are from Spain, which makes them white, I'm guessing you're talking about Spanish speaking people not from Spain. Are you talking about Spanish speaking Caribbean people or Panamanians, Costa Ricans, Venezuelans? I'm confused.

Anonymous said...

^^^ They're talking about their spanish speaking neighbor who was born in the same city as them. You can tell this person has never left their neighborhood.

PR. Kanye has to come off as a nice person because no one likes his ass.

Geographical location doesn't matter, it appears you missed the point because they would all sh!t on you. Now go away and eat that rabbit.

They sure will. That pale skin serves as a badge of honor to some.

Light skin Cubans in Miami dare not to tan, to expose that melanin within their blood.

That is the point exactly.. "You are talking about the Spanish people in your neighborhood". The writer was talking about all Spanish speaking people. You are so closed minded thinking you have the answers but you don't. White undertones, Mexican, Panamanian, Dominican, All Spanish Speaking People will turn on black people is the point. But, you just spoke your thoughts of people when you said "They never left the Neighborhood" That is how you really think/feel. You in all your ignorance believe the writer does not understand or know the difference. That was a week attempt at making yourself feel or display superiority over the writers truth. That in itself ensures you were offended with the truth in the statement.

Like too many of us, we are diseased with colonialism and white supremacy, but it serves us right to talk intelligently about it. Of course many non-white Spanish speaking people have issues with embracing their Blackness, but there are many who don't. Please show me a people with a history of being enslaved at some point in history without any identity issues. I'm just saying it doesn't help our cause by talking incorrectly and generally. Let's start with how wrong it is to call people not from Spain Spanish if you mean Spanish speaking people. If you're from America, I don't call you English because you speak English. It just doesn't make sense. Each one teach one...

Unknown said...

@12:37 But there are plenty of Black spanish speakers though. Your language does not determine your race. I'm sure you know that. You gotta know that. There's no way you don't know that.

I don't know about all being Gods Children some are the devil's advocate. Praying to the saints, displaying alters, worshiping virgin Mary, don't be so fast to label everyone GOD's Children.

No, They are Spanish people who happen to have darker skin tones who will not identify as being black. They believe they are superior to black people. Know the difference between Spanish dark skin people. They would die before they identify as black. There is a distinct difference between being Spanish black and a black who learned to speak Spanish. Please tell me you know the difference. I've had the opportunity to see it first hand from every aspect and not just in a particular setting. I have stories to tell.. but I digress.... I accept it for what it is but will not be fooled by what it is.

@1:03 You're not wrong about that. There are lots of Black people no matter what language they speak with race issues. If not, bleaching wouldn't be so huge around the globe. But to the original point, calling people not from Spain Spanish, not matter their race, doesn't make sense. It's incorrect regardless if they are Black and embrace it or not.

Awwwww man....I see the purple shirt gang is lurking. Lol. Beware disenfranchised people who have a deep seated need to justify their oppression.

Truth is truth either it is or it isn't, the truth need no proof. It's not a general statement it's a realistic statement. The point is at any opportunity they will turn on the black friend to support what they consider kin... no way around it... You are trying to make a distinction between origin but origin is not the point. Ostracizing anyone who is not Spanish and belittling them is wrong on any level, like I said they will turn on any non-Spanish person in a minute. But like black people are told all the time get over slavery. Be who you are and embrace it.... Can't do it huh. Separate the wording and missing the meaning. Call it English, Call it American, call it African, Call it Indian. It is all just geographical- Teach yourself and people watch. I learned nothing from you except that you are apart of the mix

There is no comma between "white" & "like".

See the ignorance with the hashtag because you cannot justify the action. I am done here can't play with little children.

Right Skin bleaching to identify as others is a totally different topic. That topic is one of self hate and detaching from one own race. Those are the disenfranchised people suffering from oppression. Let's keep the Colonization separate from racism. But, however they bleach their skin to disassociate from the racism. However the others know and they will still be ostracized from the masters of manipulation. Stay on topic.

Distinction makes all the difference. If you call someone Spanish and people think you're talking about people from Spain when you're really referring to Caribbean and/or people from the South American continent, that matters. Again, Black people no matter what language they speak have lots of issues around Blackness. I just don't think it's serving to collapse the two issues into one. Although, they are intra- and interrelated.

Some people will do anything for acceptance. I believe is his case, this is the least of what he serves to be liked.

@12.37

My point is unless the writer has personally spoken to every person they are speaki6for they need to STFU. The same way all black Americans don't eat watermelon is the same way all people with dark skin who speak spanish is unhappy within their own skin.

Ron said...

Our history starts in Africa at theNile Valley. Start there. They stole our history and suppressed tons of information. Look it up. Why do you think Nepoleon's soldiers shot the nose and lips off the Sphinx?

Anonymous said...

Napoleon was like. "Imma shoot off the lips and nose. That'll stop em from knowing a country on the northern tip of Africa had Black people in it." Do you realize that using your line of thinking makes Black people seem like easily fooled morons who were over run by simple tricks? Your prison library education and inferiority complex do not; a scholar make.

Anonymous said...

@2:14 who said the weren't happy in their own skin, the other writer said that they were not happy in their and that is the reason they bleach their skin. Writer one said they stick together against Non- Spanish people no matter where they derive from. The true statement Hit the dog that hollered. It's not a new statement but a truthful statement. Then they continued with gibberish statements like what the origin of Spanish was and who spoke Spanish, Trying to show pride as to why they are racist against black people. Word play at it's worst. Floating around the issue and then bringing up slavery to cover everything up. Don't fall for it..... And telling someone to STFU shows that you have nothing to add to the discussion and they are correct with the truth. So were you speaking to the writer who was offended or the one who was talking about skin bleaching and origin. It does appear you read the comment and got confused about your initial comment. However, I agree with you on the watermelon statement. Let me say this, everyone's actions are their own and I cannot fault anyone for sticking together. But when they are called out don't try and call a pig by any other name even if they have on lipstick.

Ron: I agree 100% everyone is African.

Ron: Rather they want to be or not.... DeNile is not only a river in Egypt - that happens to be in AFRICA

Negroes love playing oppression olympics, they continuously lament the fact that they (or their ancestors) have been oppressed, like they are the only group of people in the entire world who have ever been done wrong, despite modern day negroes being more wealthy than than any of their predecessors.

And watermelon is known to help reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular health, act as a diuretic and help prevent various diseases. But let negroes tell it it's 'RACISS!!!' to be seen eating one, quality of life be damned.

Hispanics are prejudice. They hate anything black and amongst themselves they think it's cute. Funny how the tables have turned and the same yt man who they crave acceptance from is now hating them. You get what you put out.
