Fake Landlord Unauthorized to Evict T.I.

Earlier this week WSBTV in Atlanta were on the scene as sheriffs deputies served an eviction notice to T.I.'s downtown Atlanta restaurant  Scales 925 [click here if you missed that].

Turns out the 'alleged' landlord doesn't have the authority to evict...

Yesterday WSBTV admitted Cedric Wallace duped them, as well as the Fulton County Sheriffs, into believing he had the authority to evict Scales 925 after claiming they owed him $1 million in back rent.

Apparently Mr. Wallace was part owner in the restaurant under a different name, before T.I. came on board, and his dispute is between himself and the other owners.

Mr. Wallace stands by his claims of being owed money, but Scales 925 has NOT been served with an eviction notice and the restaurant is open for business.

TI needs to pay his debts though. $1,000,000.00 in to someone? That's foul.
T will prolly file an 11 on 'em.
