Judge Approves Prince Property Sale

Last week news leaked that the administrators of Prince's estate were seeking permission to begin liquidating his real estate portfolio [click here if you missed that].

Permission has been granted...

According to reports the administrators have been given the green light to sell six properties, including a commercial building worth $22 million.

The property list also includes 156-acres on the shores of Lakes Ann and Lucy, valued at $14 million, and various vacant lots and houses located in Prince's home town of Chanhassen, MN.

Paisley Park Studio and the rocker's private residence are not on the list.

The late rocker died on April 21, 2016 with no known will.

Wonder if those are the homes of siblings and certain friends like Larry Graham. He used to hook people up with a house but from what I've been hearing, his name is on the deed.
