Troy Ave Suing Live Nation

Back in May rapper Troy Ave was shot backstage at Irvine Plaza in New York in an incident that also took the life of his best friend and bodyguard Ronald McPhatter [click here if you missed that].

Now Troy is suing the Plaza and their parent owner Live Nation for negligence...

According to reports Troy Ave filed a lawsuit yesterday blaming Irvine Plaza's lax security for allowing guns inside the venue.

Troy claims his career and reputation have been irreparably damaged by the events resulting from the shooting.

Troy, who is also facing gun charges stemming from the incident, is seeking unspecified damages.

But wait...wasn't he one of the shooters?

As if he was one of the innocent patrons that came out to have a good time with no weapons that night. You know one of the nice folks that didn't shoot anyone like him.

I hope LiveNation countersues. T.I. should also sue Troy because it further damaged his reputation (I know he probably won't tho because that's light snitching). Then, Jay Z needs to serve a little OG Justice cause Troy (and the rest of those fools) inadvertently effed with his (future) money.

Okay 12:33 ~ Like, if he isn't the dumbest dummy ever! He needs to put his money toward fighting the criminal case. The DA wants to make an example of him, and he's just asking for it!
