Last year Harlem rapper Azealia Banks was arrested on battery charges after punching and biting a female bouncer at a New York night club [click here if you missed that].
Now Azealia is facing jail time for the case and the trial hasn't even started yet...
According to reports Azealia Banks was due in court yesterday for a pre-trial hearing but she didn't show up so the judge threatened her with a bench warrant.
AB's lawyer claims she missed her flight but the judge warned if Azealia didn't appear for the next hearing on September 30th a bench warrant for her arrest would be issued.
