Beyonce Lemonade Lawsuit Dismissed

Back in June multi-media artist Mathew Fulks filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Beyonce claiming she stole his concepts for her Lemonade visual album [click here if you missed that].

The case was just dismissed...

According to reports the ruling reads as follows,
"Upon full consideration of the parties' briefs and oral arguments, the Court grants defendants' motion. A memorandum explaining the reasons for this ruling will issue in due course, at which time final judgment will be entered."
In layman's terms: Mathew loses Beyonce wins.  Again.

^^^^ key word "SETTLED"

If they allegedly settled then that means that Matthew Fulks lost only in the court of public opinion.

Seabiscuit Texas Bama on the other hand took another hit in her creole piggy bank...

I pray that he was paid; it's sad for anyone to have their material stolen and then she was awarded ALL the MTV awards over his ideas; SAD!!!!!!!!! That's stealing and she will answer; in this life or on judgement day!!!

You mofos can not read...no where up there does it say settled. The KEY WORD is dismissed. I guess some people need a lie instead of the truth just so they can have something to talk about. Normal chit is not exciting.

Yawn! Whites have been getting away with stealing black artist's work for years.

No we can read.....between the lines. Yes, to the public the case is "dismissed", but to Mathew Fulks' bank account the case is "settled"...

You people really act like jacking someone's creative concepts damn near frame-by-frame will go without consequence.
