Earlier this year pop star Ciara filed a $15 million defamation of character lawsuit against her son's father, Atlanta rapper Future, accusing him of costing her big bucks after bad mouthing her on Twitter [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Future just filed a motion to dismiss part of Ciara's lawsuit claiming she hasn't provided proof that any endorsement deals existed there were withdrawn as a result of his Tweets.
The case is ongoing.
