Why is snapping back asap after baby a thing now? I think it sends a poor and unrealistic message to young women especially those who may not have the money or time to snap back in a month. Stay off social media and focus on being the best mom and wife you can be....geez....

If you breastfeed, a quick snapback is possible if you watched your weight and worked out during pregnancy. I have seen everyday women do it within a month or two of having a baby.

As a newish mom to a 2 month old I say get it mama! After waddling around and feeling fat you just wanna get your sweat on. I did the same 2 wks after...kept it light and lost alot of my weight within the 1st month and still was breast feeding my daughter. She worked out before and during her pregnancy so it's apart of her lifestule...I can't judge her
