Back in August rapper Soulja Boy threatened to kill New Orleans rapper Skrill Dilly in a skirmish over Nia Riley [click here if you missed that].
Now Skrill is suing Soulja claiming his baby mama will no longer allow him to see his child because she's afraid the baby could get caught in the crossfire.
Dilly also claims Soulja Boy's gun threats triggered a memory from a past incident causing him to seek medical treatment for emotional trauma.
Skrill Dilly is seeking unspecified damages.
