Birdman / Lil Wayne Negotiations Break-Down

Last year rapper Lil Wayne filed a $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records and its CEO Bryan 'Birdman' Williams for refusing to release his latest album 'Tha Carter V [click here if you missed that].

Now, after nearly reaching a settlement, negotiations have completely broken down...

According to reports Birdman and Weezy were thisclose to settling the lawsuit when Lil Wayne decided to diss Cash Money in concert, changing a lyric in one of his songs from a Cash Money shout-out to a Jay Z Roc-a-Fella shout out.

Sources claim that was the last straw and now the warring couple are back at square one.

Isn't this to cute? you 2 kissed and made up? again? Wayne you need to beat young Frankenstein boney long skinny ass and keep him away from yo mane or your daddy, so you 2 can live in harmony and bird can make everything alright again but make sure he deposit some of that cheddar into your account before you start love over

I'm no little Wayne fan but I don't understand why won't he just create his own record label (completely separate from cash money and young money, like when Dre left death row) once this is all over I mean it ain't like he don't have the money went sign to another label that doesn't make sense
