Sheree Whitfield Cited For No Certificate of Occupancy

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield landed in court this week where it was revealed she STILL doesn't have a certificate of occupancy for Chateau Sheree...

On this season of the The Real Housewives of Atlanta Sheree Whitfield threw a housewarming party to show off her newly completed mansion after four long years of construction.

Too bad her neighbors called the cops and filed a noise complaint.

This week Sheree appeared in a Sandy Springs court room where she received a citation and a $1000 fine for filming without a permit and for not obtaining a certificate of occupancy for her home.

Sheree pleaded no contest.

Kenya Moore also received a court summons for filming at her home without a permit but she was a no-show in court.

Yup. Fags love to see people have problems and chaos. It matches their mental space.

They need to sue the production. Someone allowing a production to use their home doesn't get the permits, the production does.

Knowing Queen Andy Cohen he thought he could just bypass getting the permits because it's Atlanta, but you best believe if it was the Orange County franchise, he would be downtown all up in the building department heads faces securing all the required permits. As for Sheree she was only concerned about ensuring she could show off her home on one of the episodes, so she can compare her house to Kenya's because hers is bigger.

Sherees place floor plan has a lot of wasted space along with hella CHEAP finishes. That big ass house, but the master suite was so tiny. WTH ?
