Chasing Destiny Canceled?

According to pop music fairy godfather Frank Gatson Kelly Rowland's BET reality show Chasing Destiny is a wrap...

A comment attributed to Frank regarding Kelly Rowland's girl group June's Diary's and the cancellation of the show that launched their career has been floating around social media for a few days now.

I guess Frank can spend more time with the "boys". Errybody in LA knows Frank don't like no tuna on his plate. I bet if it had been a boy band Frank would have got them some hits..fa sure.

No what JD needs is a second season... All of Us was a solid track... LANCE was weak...

All of Us wasnt promoted though!

If they get a second season, they'll be good!

I didn't watch this show, but BET is well-known for not keeping scripted shows on the air for a long period.

^ Or reality shows. VH1 and Bravo are big predators at targeting ratchet entertainment to black audiences.

Ya'll didn't promote those girls...If I have to seek out your music you don't have the proper backing. Period.

Didn't watch the show but I seen them sing a capella, they sounded good together. Kelly can't get them signed to Roc Nation? Not like they flooded with acts.

The girls are signed to Epic but Epic is so busy tryna keep 5th Harmony together that they cant focus on other girl groups!

Group is a poor man's SPICA anyway. And unlike SPICA, all of these girls in June's Diary look and sound the same.

^ Fuck is SPICA?

This girl group is both baldly promoted and highly manufactured. All of them are nothing but flops from previous girl groups that failed.
That Lyndriette girl was in like 4 girl groups including the final pussycat doll lineup that nobody cared about. Richgirl was nice but Purfles was the better knockoff Destiny's Child.

At the end of the day, Kelly would know where to find flops since she is the Queen of flops.

And I checked out that SPICA shit y'all recommended. It's cool but certainly no Kiss & Cry.

Everything Kelly Rowland touches turns not a huge flop.
