Jay Z Hiding Tidal Subscription Numbers?

The year end report for Jay Z's music streaming service Tidal conspicuously omits number of subscribers...

From Billboard Magazine
Tidal, Jay Z's streaming service that launched in March 2015, released several numbers touting its exclusive offerings that have appeared on its site in 2016, complete with a handy video complement...
Notably, the release doesn't include an updated number of subscribers on the platform. At its one-year anniversary on March 30, the service claimed three million subscribers globally, having added some 2.5 million in its first year of operation.
Tidal hasn't released updated numbers since March, and Billboard's request for an updated number was not returned as of press time.

They won't give you an updated number because people are leaving in DROVES! Instead of gaining memberships as any other company should project, they are losing them. Who the fuck wants to pay all that damn money every month just so his wife can buy new wigs and leotards? If they lowered their price from the OUTLANDISH $19.99 to something reasonable like in the realm of Netflix's $7.99 then MAYBE I can see it. And that's a big MAYBE because lets be serious, here. Tidal is no netflix. Tidal is a cash-grab endeavor; nothing more, nothing less.
