Last month actress Sherri Shepherd's ex-husband Lamar Sally filed for an increase in child support for their son born via surrogate after Sally filed for divorce [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Lamar Sally's request for an increase in child support and $75k in legal fees was tossed out after the California family court agreed that the state of New Jersey has ongoing jurisdiction over the case.
Sherri Shepherd currently pays Sally $6,400 a month in child support, which is more than New Jersey requires.
The child in question in not biologically related to Shepherd and was conceived using Sally's sperm and a donor egg.
