Earlier this week popular Hip Hop podcaster Taxtone was arrested in connection with the fatal Irving Plaza shooting of rapper Troy Ave's bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter, after Taxtone's DNA was found on the murder weapon [click here if you missed that].
Now Tax's bond has been revoked after a witness comes forward...
According to reports Daryl 'Taxstone' Campbell was set to be released on $50k bond yesterday until an eyewitness came forward for the prosecution claiming Taxstone fired the shot that killed McPhatter.
Taxstone maintains his innocence.
