This still young one named singer who actually might be as well known for a recurring role she had on a long running sitcom is about to be dropped by her label because she won’t have sex with the guy who replaced the last guy she was having sex with at the label.
Tinashe

I want this girl to find a different career path. You can tell she's decent and from good people. this industry will destroy her. They already turning her out and passing her around. Run Tinashe Run!

Oh Tinashe! I used to love her mixtapes when she came up mainstream. She is incredibly talented as a songwriter and an engineer. She has way more to offer than just being another singer. But I also feel like shes isn't following the direction that the label wants her to go in order to chart and release that Joyride album. She should just get into another career path, if not in entertainment than somewhere in the writing realm. This business isnt for everybody. Especially if you think your going to have creative control over all your work. What ever got you in the charts is what you got to stay until your contract ends.

@1:24 don't judge me but I honestly thought she came into the industry without doing any of that. I wonder who was the guy that got replaced

I honestly can't name 1 song of hers. I thought after she opened for Beyoncé, she would've blown up but I guess not. That just goes to show, if the public ain't feeling it just ain't.

She'll be fine, she got the marketing & promotion that a major label offers. She has a fanbase, she can go independent & make a living. Yeah it will be a niche audience & she'll never fill stadiums like Beyonce or Rihanna, but she can make a living doing what she loves.

I remember her from her mixtapes, covers, and youtube videos. She was literally just a little girl with a dream making music in her bedroom (you can youtube it she has a video of her making music in her bedroom). But like someone said, this industry isn't for everyone. It will turn out & pimp out the weak ones & leave them on a has been documentary, if they don't keep them as a puppet.

She deserves better, just let her make the music she loves for the fans that love her. Not the fakes that just want a wave to ride.

^ITA she will be fine. In case she wants to make it mainstream again, she should fund her music contract. But either way she has a supportive fan base, and as long as her fans can appreciate her talent and support her shows, she will be fine. She's smart,,talented and beautiful she will find her way through

I'm not surprised. Tinashe really isn't that talented. She's a low budget knock off of Ciara and Aaliyah. Nothing about her stands out. Not her (lack of) vocals, dance moves, or style. At least Ciara had better music (production/lyrics) and had a dope ATL image that was marketable. With Tinashe, you never get a sense of personality or style. She's just there. There's nothing memorable or discernible about her music or looks. She is in desperate need of some marketing to get ppl to notice her.

@7:18 You clearly haven't heard her sing the national anthem, and you have no songwriting or engineering experience to even judge. So if Ciara was sooo great or has "more" talent, explain why she has been dropped by at least 3 different labels and made no hits as late.... There you have it so run along with your delusional opinions. She will be fine!

It's "Tinashe". At least spell her name right if you're going to hate, it's not that hard it's written correctly in the title.

It's never too late to find your self-respect. The advent of the internet and social media means you don't have to suck d!ck for a label deal. [Cam'ron voice] She'll be aight [/Cam'ron voice]
