Sinead O'Connor Apologizes to Arsenio Hall


Last year, following rocker Prince's death, Irish singer Sinead O'Connor lashed out at Arsenio Hall accusing him of being Prince's secret drug dealer [click here if you missed that].

Sinead apologizes for her lies...

In a statement to TMZ Sinead admits,
"I apologize for my Facebook posts about Arsenio to the extent that anyone thought I was accusing him of acting as Prince's drug dealer and supplying him with illegal hard drugs, or insinuating that Arsenio had something to do with Prince's death. I sincerely apologize because those statements would be false, and I retract them unequivocally."
In return Arsenio has agreed to drop the $5 million defamation of character lawsuit he filed against her [click here if you missed that].
