@D L it reads to me like he doesn't "keep renting" but he rented the car one time to those 2 clowns and got stiffed. That's why he mad.

But I'm sure there are FTC rules on how you can and cannot go about collecting an outstanding debt, and I'm thinking this goes in the "can not" column.

@9:09AM....***Michael Bivins voice**** "Did you read your contract?" The contract may say that they can use whatever means to collect on the debt. One of my friends signed a contract with one of those "Rent-A-Center" type of places and in the contract it states that they can use whatever means to obtain the property and the debt including breaking into your home. Hope this company made SB and SK sign a contract if not then this company is screwed!

@11:03 You can ask someone to sign a contract allowing you to commit a crime, but that doesn't give you permission to commit a crime. Outing broke ass chumps on IG is one thing. Breaking into someone's home to collect on a debt is always illegal. ALWAYS. You cannot agree to allow a crime to be committed. It's still a crime no matter what you sign. If your friend signed anything that allowed for breaking into their home, they got played. They're a goddamn retard, too. No reputable company is going to impose that condition. Are you signing contracts with people working out the back of an unmarked van?! Is this rent-a-center in the back office of a strip club? A fool and his money is soon parted and if you agree to a contract that includes "we'll break into your home to get our money back" well shit someone was going to part you from your money soon enough, fool.

@11:03 my inner Judge Mathis disagrees with you. You cannot illegally harass a person over a debt...
