Back in December R&B singer Trey Songz was arrested in Detroit following an onstage meltdown after his mic was cut mid-concert [click here if you missed that].
The case is headed to trial...
According to reports Trey Songz appeared via video today in 36th District Court and waived a key hearing allowing the case to proceed.
The singer is charged with aggravated assault and assaulting a police officer.
Trey's next court date is February 24, he remains free on bond until then.
