Apollo Preparing to Run Phaedra's Pockets

Earlier this week news leaked that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks' divorce from hubby Apollo Nida was not final, contrary to her claims, because of glaring procedural errors within Phaedra's filing [click here if you missed that].

Now Phaedra's mistakes may become Apollo's windfall...

According to TMZ Apollo is thrilled that the divorce was thrown out because he believes Phaedra is hiding millions of dollars in marital assets that he's entitled to.

Now Apollo wants Phaedra's real estate portfolio, business and financial records thoroughly examined to determine his fair share.

I love Phaedra but she deserves this if she's a lawyer who can't even file for her own divorce properly.

9:11 ~ At the end of the day Phaedra became a lawyer to become a better criminal. A divorce means Apollo can testify against her re: charges that have no statute of limitations.

I thought they allegedly met when she was running girls out of Alpharetta, Rome, Conyers, and Sandy Springs and he was hired as a driver/security? She's right when she says they "met on the highway."

I thought she became a mortician because things got hot and the Feds were looking into if she was doing more than just "defending" the alleged dope boys and murderers who were her clients. Good defense attorney are hard to come by and she doesn't have a great track record, so how was she always able to nab clients? Perhaps because a lawyer is the easiest conduit to launder money re: overbilling billable hours then giving the money right back to the client?

Got Damn! Phaedra's criminal doings just keep unfolding like a long criminal rap sheet. At some point in time Bravo's RHOA needs to drop this criminal. Anybody moving upwardly should distance themselves from Fraudulent Phaedra because Karma is coming.

9:26 AM I thought she was a disposition attorney not a defense attorney.

5:06 While attorneys oversee the "disposition" or property for a judgment or take "depositions" as an attorney I can tell you anyone purporting to be a "disposition" attorney is lying to you. That may be their specialty but in order to pass the bar you must know all aspect of the law. Phaedra was a defense attorney when she represented Bobby Brown in court, and while her specialty may have changed, I know 9:26 is telling the truth re: billable hours. People get disbarred and letters of reprimand for that kind of conduct.
