Bishop Ron Gibson Accused of Stealing Inheritance

Preachers of LA star Bishop Ron Gibson accused of robbing the estate of a deceased church member...

The granddaughter of a deceased member of Bishop Ron Gibson's Life Church of God in Christ sent this message to Obnoxious TV along with a link to a recorded phone call described below.
Conference call with Bishop Ron Gibson, Atty Moore and Aunt Rondalyn.
Together the three ensured that I never new about the trust my grandmother created in 1997 and how she had an insurance policy that her trust was directed to use to pay off her debt (including the reverse mortgage she took out and gave to the church)… So not only did she give the church the money from her reverse mortgage… After she died, the Good Bishop, worked with my aunt, and granny’s attorney to keep me from finding the trust and deed conveying the house to me… This was the most disheartening of it all.
I revered [Bisphop Gibson] as a father figure since I was a little girl. I can’t believe he would do this to me. But I’m sure money is his only God. As long as he can live in a multi million dollar house with an indoor swimming pool, he can care less about the generational wealth that my grandparents intended me to have via a $120K house.
Go here to listen to the call.

I hate to hear this but what you expect from an ex gang member/drug dealer. I knew he was full of shat when I watched the show. This man is still the gang banger he used to be back in the day. The only difference is his bank account is much bigger now. Folks stop believing these fake false preachers.

It seems as though the aunt is shady. The aunt is next of kin, not the granddaughter so it was up to the aunt on how the estate should be handled. The granddaughter doesn't even have the right to information about the estate since she's not next of kin. It's not up to the bishop on how the aunt handles the estate but it looks shady with him being all up in the mix.

^^^Yes the entire thing sound messy, but it also sounds like the Aunt was lonely and taken in by a hustler/preacher. A reverse mortgage is the WORST thing you can do for your home equity. That's why it's important to be in older family member's lives. Don't come sniffing around after they die looking for inheritance. Be there for them when they're alive so they won't get taken advantage of by hustlers. (Y'all need to watch more American Greed. This happens to seniors of ALL backgrounds.)

She mentioned there was a Trust and they were hiding it from her. There are many different types of trusts. It is illegal in some states to secretly record phone calls. She NEEDS an attorney!

I hate to burst a bubble or two. But her Aunt was next of kin (daughter to deceased possibly). Which means she became power of attorney over all actions and legal issues. She did not have to seek her advice as to how to handle the matters after death. Now I dont know how that "house" issue goes cause I thought the only way property can be taken away is for non payment. The Pastor on the other hand, I never trusted him since I seen him in a red suit on the pulpit. #PulpitPimp

The Shade Room reported the same story, but the preacher was from Preachers of Detroit
