Support for Chrisette Michele Wanes

Last month R&B singer Chrisette Michele boasted about her sold out show immediately following her controversial performance for Donald Trump's inauguration [click here if you missed that].

Let's hold on to those memories...

...because things just aren't the same.

If she had some hit records out it wouldn't matter. Oh well. Live and learn.

Her last album was GARBAGE! So mad I bought that bullshit. There's 1 decent song on it. And she's corny as shit with this whole "hipster" image she tries so hard to convey.

Yep, her fiance is killing her career. She needs new management or just be a singer that does hooks and work on something different like Kelis.

Was it all worth it Chrisette?

Exactly...she should have put out a pop hit in the middle of the controversy.

it must be a gender thing, because Mr. 3rd marriage Steve is still making his money

Black people have become petty as fuck. You all act like Chrisette and Steve praised, voted for and befriended Trump. Steve has made it clear many times that he didn't support Trump. And Chrisette is very pro-black. I swear to God/dess, if you're black and not Christian, idolizing Obama, Oprah and Beyonce, not eating chicken or meat, not pulling the race card all the time and not complaining about being black, then your called a "coon" or "sell out". Every black person does not have groupthink victim mentality. You can be proud, woke and not polarizing in your beliefs. Blacks have become as racist as whites!

@2:26 what a person says and what a person does are two totally different things. If Steve was not a supporter why was he a Trump Tower for a meeting (maybe because he is employeed by Trump with that pagent shit). If Chrissette was so pro-black why would she perform for a man that disresepcts blacks/women/disabled/mexican/ gay. You were fooled honey, Chris and Steve are liars.

@2:26

Just based on the fact that you don't know whether you are praying to a "God" or Goddess" explains your frame of mind, so the generalities that you made about Black people are only reflect your ignorant state of mind

Tickets were sold for that concert prior to her announcing she was performing for Trump. You can't get your money back unless you purchased your tickets with ticket insurance or the artist cancels the concert. People who bought tickets couldn't sell them. I don't believe she is the only act on that tour either. No one is buying tickets to her shows that are going on now or in the future.

God is an asexual entity. So that poster knew what they were saying. Black folks and their Bibles = PURE COMEDY.

I'm not feeling her anymore. That is all.
