Trey Songz Facing Foreclosure


R&B singer Trey Songz facing foreclosure on his Miami condo...

According to The Dirty Trey Songz' Home Owners Association has filed a lawsuit demanding foreclosure on his condo after he stopped paying HOA dues.

According to the docs Trey hasn't paid since October and owes the HOA close to $2k in fees and penalties.

The association wants Trey kicked off the property and the condo sold with the proceeds used to pay off his HOA debt.

This is why you should have your HOA lump into your mortgage payment. He need to stop trying to act so hard and pay more attention to his finances.

they can't legally foreclose on him because they are not the primary lein holder. They can only sue him.

Small potatoes....they went public to get a quick payment. However, you'd think dude would let the condo pay for itself using Airbnb in Miami...I'm sure he's never there....

133...wrong. I live south of Miami and yes, they can put a lien on your home, and they can force a sale to get the lien paid. Probably won't go that far, but if he hasn't paid since October that's damn near 6 months and they would have filled that paperwork on anyone else.
